Renee Cross is an Ontario based pianist and vocalist, who has been performing various styles of music for the past 15 years. Having begun her musical journey as a classical pianist, Renee furthered her training at York University where she studied piano improv, South Indian singing & percussion and composition. With a soft and sultry vocal approach, Renee enjoys singing and playing a vast repertoire of jazz, blues, classical, rock/pop and originals with some live looping of harmonies and vocal percussion thrown in. Renee is also a founding member of the electronic/rock fusion duo, Tiger Suit and is in demand as a piano and vocal instructor.
